I've spent more than 15 years in events, on just about every side of a wedding. Planning, coordinating, running venues and catering.

And here's what I've learned. The weddings people remember aren't the ones with the most flowers. They're the ones where you feel surrounded by your people, and they feel close to you, to your story, and to each other. Everyone in it together, not just there to watch.
