YOU PLANNED IT.

WE RUN IT.

You've made the decisions, booked the vendors, and put a whole lot of thought into your wedding. Now it's time to let someone else take care of the moving parts. That includes the moments you've planned for your guests: the readings, the surprises, the things that need the right person at the right time.

We'll step in 4–6 weeks before your wedding, get to know your plans, and make sure everything comes together the way you imagined.

You get to be at your wedding. We'll take care of the rest.

day-of coordination

“Thank you for all of your work making the wedding as amazing and smooth as it was. Seriously, we are so grateful for you and really don’t know what we would have done without you. You are awesome!”

LESLEE and SPENSER

On your wedding day, you shouldn’t be the one answering vendor calls, finding where the flowers go, or checking whether it’s time for speeches.

That’s our job.

So you can spend the morning getting ready with your favourite people. Have one more conversation. Finish your coffee. Look around the room and take it all in.

The day will keep moving without you holding it. We’ll keep an eye on the clock, cue the moments that matter and answer every “where does this go?” so nobody has to find you to ask.

And when it’s time, we’ll come find you

You planned the moments. You should get to be in them.
